After Robert Altman discovered Jeff Goldblum and cast him in CALIFORNIA SPLIT, he told him to come down to Tennessee for a summer to hang out and film another movie… and of course, that became one of the most celebrated movies of Altman’s career, NASHVILLE. Goldblum’s Tricycle Man is a memorable early performance amidst a huge ensemble cast, and now we’re gonna talk about it! (Which means we’ll do more talking than he actually does in the movie, naturally).
